MIL – Lisbon International Music Network is back and is divided between Cais do Sodré and Hub Criativo do Beato on the 28th, 29th and 30th of September 2022.

After having been hosted in the last edition at Hub Criativo do Beato, the festival with a long tradition in the discovery, promotion, appreciation and internationalization of popular music, will this year be divided between Hub Criativo do Beato and several venues in Cais do Sodré.

The artistic program of this year’s edition returns to the center of Lisbon, and the Convention, which welcomes professionals from the culture sector from all over the world, will continue at Hub Criativo do Beato.

Discover while it’s a secret, this is the key phrase of this edition of a Festival that bets on meeting emerging talents by the public and professionals from the cultural industry. Being part of the MIL, more than any other Festival, means making sure that we find artists who will become a reference, not only on a cultural level, but also on a personal level. To find in its diversity an expansion of the possibilities of our horizons and of what will be the future of music.

The Convention’s program is the MIL’s space for training, debate, business and exchange, aimed at workers and students in the cultural sector and with a particular focus on professionals in the music sector. It will feature masterclasses, keynotes, debates and workshops, and will be developed around thematic lines related to the current affairs of the culture and music sectors, such as: cultural policies; music sector (and its future); accessibility, ethics and sustainability, and night economy.
